The dazzling brown marble inspired the surface treatment of every lacquer box (and our swirling disc). We invited craftsmen to use the classic lacquer craftsmanship they have used for hundreds of years to reproduce the beauty of marble at a special seminar in Vietnam. Therefore, they took up decorative boxes made of wood, painted them with a layer of varnish, and then sanded and polished them to achieve a rich brown. They also used golden metallic paint throughout the process, creating swirls and textures, giving each box depth and size.
